In our first Entreprenurturing Tele-Session, we helped Premium members with questions about: How to stand out, how to keep employees, how to set up your business, what to post in social media, and more. Below is the audio for playback/download, and the call notes with marked times of where we answered specific questions.

Call Notes
Here are the questions we addressed during the call, along with the beginning and end times of our answer.

1. (2:10-9:06)
Steve owns a rapidly growing company. He’s having trouble with employee turnover and asked what he can do about it.

2. (9:55-15:45)
Pam works for a company that sells floor coverings for garages (epoxy). She says it’s not a sexy product, and nothing really changes as far as pricing. She asked what she could post on social media that people would be interested in.

3. (16:30-19:50)
Related question from 2 people: Robert asked if he could just operate his business with an assumed name, rather than setting up a corporation.

Marissa asked about the difference between an S-Corporation, or an LLC.

4. (21:03-31:40)
India asked: With ALL the Internet Radio out there, how does one break through, stand out, and make themselves attractive to advertisers? How does one go about getting new and different type of businesses to advertise?

Closing Thought:
We recently attended a conference, The Publicity Summit, hosted by Steve Harrison. During the event he said, “You can have anything you want if you position yourself to be famous.” We love this! It reminds us of something our coach has told us: “There are a lot of undiscovered geniuses, but there are no undiscovered marketers”
We’re often humble and shy. But if you really love your customers…you have an obligation to position yourself to be famous. It leads to BIGG Success!

We look forward to talking with you next month. Check the Tele-Session page for call-in information, date and time.
